How to Do the Annual Update of IEC Certificate?

Fees for IEC Certificate
The import-export code registration fee for a new IEC is ₹500, paid once to the government. For the annual update, no fee applies if your details stay the same.
If you change details such as your address or bank account, a ₹200 fee applies.
Your IEC certificate lasts a lifetime, but only if you update it every April to June. Set a phone reminder, keep your DSC or Aadhaar-linked mobile handy, and verify your IEC certificate status once the update is done.
