7. Submission and Approval: After successful payment, you submit the application. PLEXCONCIL then verifies the documents and data. Once approved the RCMC certificate is issued electronically through the same DGFT portal which you can then download easily

The fee structure for PLEXCONCIL membership has two main components a one-time entrance fee and a recurring annual subscription fee plus the applicable GST. The initial fee for a new member combines these components

For a new Merchant or Manufacturer Exporter, the total fee is currently around ₹13,570 (This covers the one-time Entrance Fee, the first year's Subscription Fee, a small Administration Charge, and 18% GST).

The annual Subscription Fee for renewal is where the cost truly varies, depending on your business's overall sales turnover (including local and export sales of all products) over the preceding financial years. The more you sell, the higher your annual fee is, which is a fair way to structure contributions.

The Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) issued by PLEXCONCIL is a document with a legally defined life. The certificate is typically valid for a fixed period of five financial years. The validity begins on the 1st of April of the financial year in which PLEXCONCIL issued it and expires on the 31st of March of the fifth such financial year, making planning simple.

The renewal process involves two distinct stages: the annual payment of subscription fees and the five-year renewal of the RCMC document through the DGFT platform.

Every year, before March 31st, you must submit the required annual subscription fee. For the five-year renewal of the RCMC, you again access the DGFT e-RCMC portal.
